Every product we sell comes complete with the accessories and fittings needed to install it. Pipes, brackets, hoses, waste kits, screws, connectors, the manual — whatever that particular appliance needs to go in, it is already in the carton.

You do not have to make a second trip to the hardware market, and you do not have to pay a fitter to come out. No extra parts to buy, no labour charge, no waiting for an appointment.

No experience needed

These are designed to be fitted by an ordinary person, not a trained technician. The instructions in the box walk you through it step by step, and for most products it is a straightforward job — position it, connect it, tighten it, test it.

If you can follow a manual and hold a screwdriver, you can fit it yourself. Plenty of our customers do exactly that on the day it arrives.

A few sensible precautions

The job is simple, but these are still real appliances, so:

• Switch off the power or close the gas valve before you begin
• Make sure the cut-out, water point or power socket is ready before you start
• Follow the manual for that specific model rather than assuming it works like the last one you had
• For a gas connection, check for leaks with soapy water before you use it

Your warranty stays intact

Fitting it yourself does not affect your warranty. Every product is brand new and genuine with its warranty card in the box, and if a fault ever appears, we handle the claim with the manufacturer for you. Just follow the manual when you install it, as the manual is what the warranty expects.
