Free delivery on small appliances · Rs. 1,000 flat on everything else
Small appliances ship free anywhere in Pakistan — infrared ceramic cookers, electric hot plates and the air fryer. There is no minimum spend.
Everything else carries a single flat Express Shipping charge of Rs. 1,000, whatever the size or weight and wherever in the country it is going. An 80-litre geyser costs the same to deliver as a hob.
The Rs. 1,000 is per order, not per item. Order a cooking range and a range hood together and you pay Rs. 1,000 once, not twice.
How long it takes
- Faisalabad — usually 1 to 2 working days, often same day for stocked items
- Rest of Pakistan — 3 to 7 working days
If anything you have ordered is going to take longer than that, we call you and tell you before we take the order further. We would rather give you an honest date than a fast one.
Cash on delivery
You can pay when the product reaches your door. No advance payment, no card details, nothing to trust us with up front. Card and online payment are available too if you prefer.
Check it before you pay
You are welcome to open the box and look at the product in front of the rider before you hand over payment. If the item is damaged or the wrong model, refuse it — you pay nothing and we sort it out.

Tracking your order
We confirm your order by phone and let you know when it is dispatched. If you want an update at any point, just call or WhatsApp 0339-6097075 with your order number — you will speak to someone who can actually look it up, not a call centre.
Changing an address
Call us as soon as you can on 0339-6097075. If the order has not left us we will change it without any fuss.
Not happy with it?
You have 7 days to tell us. If the product is not authentic, not factory sealed, damaged, faulty or the wrong model, we collect it back free of charge. See Returns, Refunds & Exchanges.
