Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of idealkitchenandhome.com and any order placed with IDEAL HOME & KITCHEN APPLIANCES ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

We are an authorised retailer of home and kitchen appliances — including VATTI, NasGas and Glam Gas — based at Railway Road, Faisalabad, Pakistan. You can reach us on 0339-6097075 or idealappliances03@gmail.com.

2. Products

All products listed are brand new and factory-sealed, sourced through authorised channels, and supplied with their manufacturer warranty card. We try to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate and up to date, but occasional errors can occur; if we spot one on your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept Cash on Delivery, card payments and online payments. Prices may change without notice, but the price shown at the time you place your order is the price you pay.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm your order by phone or email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example due to stock unavailability or a pricing error — in which case we will notify you and refund any payment already made.

5. Cancellations

Once a paid order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Cash on Delivery orders can be changed or stopped before dispatch by calling us on 0339-6097075. Full details are in our Cancellation Policy.

6. Delivery

Delivery timeframes, charges and tracking are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and we will contact you if a delay is expected.

7. Returns, refunds & warranty

If a product is not authentic, not factory-sealed, damaged, faulty or the wrong model, see our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges policy for free collection and a full refund or replacement. Manufacturer warranty terms and claims are handled as described in Warranty & Genuine Products.

8. Installation

Products are designed to be installed by the customer using the accessories and manual supplied in the box; see Easy to Fit Yourself. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, incorrect voltage, or work carried out by an unauthorised technician.

9. Your account & information

You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information when ordering. We use your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and branding — belongs to IDEAL HOME & KITCHEN APPLIANCES or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or a product purchased from us, beyond the remedies set out in our Returns and Warranty policies above.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad, Pakistan.
