Questions before you buy
Yes. Everything we list is brand new, factory sealed and sourced through authorised channels — never a display piece and never a repaired return. The manufacturer's warranty card comes in the box with the manual and accessories. If a product ever reaches you without its card, tell us and we will sort it out immediately.
Free delivery on small appliances — infrared ceramic cookers, electric hot plates and the air fryer. Everything else is a flat Rs. 1,000 Express Shipping charge, whatever the size or weight and wherever in Pakistan it is going. That Rs. 1,000 is per order, not per item, so two large appliances together still cost Rs. 1,000 to deliver. Faisalabad is usually 1–2 working days, often same day for stocked items. The rest of the country is 3–7 working days. If your order will take longer than that, we call you before going any further.
Yes, on every order. There is no advance payment and no card details required. You are also welcome to open the box and look at the product in front of the rider before you pay. If it is damaged or the wrong model, refuse it — you pay nothing and we sort it out.
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's payment system, which is PCI-DSS compliant and encrypts your card details in transit. Those details never touch our website and we never see or store them. If you would still rather not pay online, cash on delivery is available on every order.
No. Every product arrives with all the accessories and fittings needed to install it — pipes, brackets, hoses, connectors, screws, whichever that model needs — plus a step-by-step manual. It is designed to be fitted by an ordinary person, so there is no fitter to book, no parts to go and buy, and no installation charge anywhere in Pakistan. If any step in the manual is unclear, call or WhatsApp 0339-6097075 and we will talk you through it, free.
We replace it at no cost to you. Call or WhatsApp us with a photo, and we collect the original and deliver the correct item. You are not left waiting on a refund before you can reorder, and we will not argue with you about whether the box was opened.
We pick it up free and refund you in full, including any delivery charge. Everything we sell is brand new, genuine and factory sealed — if what reaches you is not, that is ours to fix, not yours. You call us, not a service centre. We deal with the manufacturer's service network on your behalf and keep you updated until it is resolved. Warranty length is set by each manufacturer and differs by product and component — the exact terms are on the card in your box. Want to know the cover on a specific model before ordering? There is nothing to risk here
You do not pay a rupee until the appliance is at your door and you have looked at it. If it is not genuine, factory sealed and exactly the model you ordered, we collect it back ourselves and refund you in full. That is the same deal you would get standing in our shop on Railway Road.
